Digital Smile Design is a computer program that allows us to virtually simulate cosmetic improvements to the patient’s smile.
Several photos are taken of the patient and these are worked on, drawing on the new smile based on the established proportions. In this way, patients can participate in “designing” their own smile.

3D Digital Intraoral Scan is the foundation of digital dentistry.
With this scan, we obtain a millimetric 3D digital reproduction of the patient’s teeth and mouth.
3Shape Digital Intraoral Scan: Hardware used 3Shape Trios. Software used 3Shape Dental System.
We generate an STL digital file to study the case on computer and co-work with labs that digitally use the CAD/CAM methodology.
Digitally, we can also work with surgical guides and splints to ensure millimetric precision in the operating room. For this, the STL file is processed in PREFORM software.
The 3D Digital CT Scan is also key for diagnosis and assessing the patient’s bone condition. Essential information before planning a high-demand dental treatment.
